Tactile defensiveness

My husband and I have recently separated and my autstic son has suffered some setbacks in his progress. He has been in swim lessons for years, but just started exhibiting symptoms of tactile defensiveness with his swim instructor. Now he dreads going to swim lessons, but he used to love to go. Are there OT therapies available to help with this type of problem? Maybe an OT that could provide therapy where he takes lessons?
